Galiano Oceanfront Inn and Spa  is situated British Columbia’s West Coast “Mediterranean”, perched at the edge of the ever- sighing sea.

All of this magic is only 50 minutes from Vancouver by ferry; enjoy convenience to board as foot passengers, Galiano Inn offers complimentary use of Smart cars to owners.
The private dock provides an access by floatplane or private boat.

One eights ownership will provide you with 42 days of stay in a calendar year, in your Oceanfront Villa.
Fractional interest is fee simple ownership. You will have your name registered on the title as the owner of the real-estate asset with clear title. In the future you can sell and capitalize on your fractional interest like any other real-estate interest, bequeath it in a will, etc.

Monthly fees are $ 200 which includes: strata fees, basic telephone, cable, internet, maintenance & property taxes. There have been 0 increases in past 7 years & current fees based on last AGM will be slightly lower.
This is a testament to the management’s skills of the Galiano organization, who, while providing the highest standard of care and service to the owners and guests, are also demonstrating fiscal responsibility.
Occupancy rate has been rising steadily over past years; projection for current year is 65-69%.
The rental income is not shared with other owners; it is directly payable to you after paying 50% for management services, which include all advertising cost, turn over cost & services.

Nightly rates for Villas during high season are $399/ night & in low season $299/ night.
Based on our past experience, 50% occupancy will yield $ 4,110.

Owners receive 10% off food; 10% off Spa Treatments; 20% off spa retail (except consignment jewelry) & 50 % off Smart car use.
